THE EMPLOYER CONTRIBUTION PER FULL-TIME EMPLOYEE PER FTE IS 844 TO 1200 AND THE COUNTY PICKS UP THE LION SHARE AND THE BULK OF THE COST.
THERE WILL BE MARKETING INCREASES FOR THE CHOICE PLAN AND THE CHOICE PLUS, PLAN AND THE H.S.A. PLAN AS SHELLEY MENTION AND LOT OF THE DATA QUOTE UNQUOTE FREE PLANS HAVE A VERY NARROW NETWORK AND USUALLY REQUIRE A PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN SO ADDITIONAL HOOPS EMPLOYEES HAVE TO GO THROUGH AND THERE ARE MARKET INCREASES FOR THE RETIRE E CONTRIBUTIONS, AS WELL.

STOP LOSS IS TYPICALLY NOT AVAILABLE UNTIL AROUND AUGUST OR SEPTEMBER. WE USE THE 15 PERCENT ASSUMPTION FOR THAT AND WE'LL WORK WITH UNITED HEALTHCARE TO GET THAT'S A LOW AS POSSIBLE AND THEN ASSUMES THE 27 COUNTY BUDGET
