THE LAND IS ACROSS THE STREET FROM LAND THAT THE COUNTY OWNS NOW. AND HAS MADE A CAMPUS OUT OF IT, WHERE MY BUILDING, MY OFFICE, EXCUSE ME, ANDROID ANNEX AS WELL AS MANY OTHER, HEADQUARTERS AND THE ADMINISTRATION BUILDING ARE ABOUT TO OPEN IN A FEW MONTHS. AND SO WE FELT THAT IT WAS A GOOD FIT FOR MORE OF THE CAMPUS STYLE, MORE EFFICIENT GOVERNMENT. WE WORKED WITH OUR BROKER AND THAT'S WHAT HE HAS PUT IT UNDER CONTRACT, THE ITEM ON HERE, WOULD TRANSFER IT TO THE COUNTY. AND AGAIN, WE'RE NOT COMMITTING TO WHEN WE'RE BUILDING IT AT THIS POINT.
