The Commissioners Court of Williamson County, Texas will meet in regular session in the Commissioners Courtroom, 710 Main Street, in Georgetown, Texas to consider the following items:
1. Review and approval of minutes.

Hear County Auditor concerning invoices, bills, Quick Check Report, wire transfers and electronic payments submitted for payment and take appropriate action including, but not limited to approval for payment provided said items are found by the County Auditor to be legal obligations of the county.

Discuss, consider and take any appropriate action regarding Resolution Approving the issuance of Harris County Cultural Education Facilities Finance Corporation Hospital Revenue Bonds (Texas Children's Hospital) Series 2021 to finance and refinance the costs of certain facilities for the Texas Children's Hospital in compliance with Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code (Note: The proposed resolution approving the bonds does not create any liability for Williamson County).

Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on requesting the Williamson County Attorney to file a lawsuit to enjoin and restrain the City of Austin pursuant to Chapter 203 of the Texas Property Code in relation to the City of Austin’s purchase of the property located at 10811 Pecan Park Boulevard, Building 2, Austin, Texas for purposes of operating and using such property in Williamson County for temporary or permanent housing of individuals in Williamson County, as well as seek any other relief available at law or in equity.

Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on the engagement of Roger Moore - Attorney at Law to conduct a review of the Williamson County Bail Bond Board’s Local Rules and to propose any necessary or desirable changes to those rules, to review the proposed new license application forms for both individual sureties and corporate sureties, and to meet with the Board’s review committee concerning these proposed changes; and exemption of these services from the competitive bid/proposal requirements of the County Purchasing Act pursuant to the discretionary exemption for personal or professional services, as set forth under Tex. Loc. Gov’t Code § 262.024(a)(4).
