NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC WILLIAMSON COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT May 18, 2021 9:30 A.M.
The Commissioners Court of Williamson County, Texas will meet in regular session in the Commissioners Courtroom, 710 Main Street, in Georgetown, Texas to consider the following items:

Hear County Auditor concerning invoices, bills, Quick Check Report, wire transfers and electronic payments submitted for payment and take appropriate action including, but not limited to approval for payment provided said items are found by the County Auditor to be legal obligations of the county.

Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on exempting this extension from the competitive bidding requirements, per Texas Local Government Code Section 262.024.(a)(2) (an item necessary to preserve or protect the public health or safety of the residents of the county), and obtain approval of the contract extension for Jail Food Services (RFP 1605-081) between Williamson County, Texas and Aramark Correctional Services, LLC for 90 days until October 31, 2021, in order to allow the new Sheriff Office administration to complete the RFP process in this category of services to support county jail operations.
42. Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving a blanket purchase order in the amount of $105,000 for pre-trial services satellite tracking equipment/services to Satellite Tracking of People, LLC.
43. Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on awarding RFP T3711 Wilco Jail Lock Repairs, Preventative Maintenance and Install Services to the overall highest scoring proposer Willo Products Company, with the RFP and the vendor submittal acting as the contract/agreement.
