2. Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on creating an economic development program pursuant to Texas Local Government Code Chapter 381 in order to stimulate, encourage and develop business location and commercial activity in Williamson County, Texas that has become necessary due to the impact Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) Pandemic; to include, but not be limited to making loans and grants of public money and providing personnel and services of the Williamson County, Texas for such economic development program and contracting for the administration of the economic development program.
