NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC WILLIAMSON COUNTY COMMISSIONER’S COURT SPECIAL SESSION OCTOBER 27TH, 2017 2:00 P.M.

The Commissioner’s Court of Williamson County, Texas will meet in spepcial session in the Commissioner's Courtroom, 710 Main Street, in Georgetown, Texas to consider the following items:

1. Review and approval of minutes.

2. Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on the creation and authorization of a Williamson County Local Provider Participation Fund pursuant to Chapter 292B of the Texas Health & Safety Code, adoption of Williamson County Health Care Participation Program Rules and Procedures governing the operations of a Local Provider Participation Program and setting the rate associated with mandatory provider participation payments that Williamson County may require of all local hospitals for fiscal year (FY) 2018 and how the revenue derived from those payments may be spent.
