(Good Morning America) provided for the purposes of reimbursement for expenses incurred by Williamson County in relation to the Good Morning America Block Party featuring Dierks Bentley on October 17, 2017 at 7008 Riverton Drive, Austin, Williamson County, Texas pursuant to Tex. Loc. Gov’t Code § 81.032.

Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on accepting and approving a report on the Williamson County North Campus Project; Change Order #31 in the amount of $4,434.00 for modification to the project hardware package due to direction from ASI (Architects Supplemental Instruction) #26, which directs changes to be made in type and installation of door thresholds, which was executed by Dwayne Gossett, Williamson County Facilities Project Manager, pursuant to the previous grant of authority under Section 262.031 of the Local Government Code. This change order is being funded out of the Owners Contingency.

Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on accepting and approving a report on the Sheriff’s Office Training Center Project; Change Order #8 in the amount of $23,156.00 for approval to use funds from the project signage allowance for the building signage package, which was executed by Gary Wilson, Director of Williamson County Facilities, pursuant to the previous grant of authority under Section 262.031 of the Local Government Code. This change order is being funded out of Project Allowances.

Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on accepting and approving a report on the Sheriff’s Office Training Center Project; Change Order #25 in the amount of $9,244.00 for additional steel work associated with Engineers Supplemental Instruction # 5, which was executed by Gary Wilson, Director of Williamson County Facilities, pursuant to the previous grant of authority under Section 262.031 of the Local Government Code.
