Hear County Auditor concerning invoices, bills, Quick Check Report, wire transfers and electronic payments submitted for payment and take appropriate action including, but not limited to approval for payment provided said items are found by the County Auditor to be legal obligations of the county.

Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on authorizing the disposal of various county assets through auction including, (1) task table, (2) dry erase boards, (1) microwave, (2) speakers, (1) VHS player, (1) VHS/DVD player, (1) sanyo memo scriber, (2) remote controls and (1) 2011 Black/White Ford Crown Victoria (see attached list) pursuant to TX. Local Gov't Code 263.152.
17. Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on authorizing the disposal of (1) 10 ft. Conference room table (email and form attached) pursuant to TX Local Gov't Code 263.152.
18. Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on acceptance of a PetSmart grant in the amount of $6,600 awarded to Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter to enhance adoptions at the off-site location.
19. Receive and acknowledge Supplemental Work Authorization No. 1 under Williamson County Contract for survey services between Walker Texas Surveyors, Inc. and Williamson County dated February 18, 2015 for survey services on CR 225. This supplemental is to increase the work authorization amount from $18,110.00 to $37,380.00.

Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on terminating a Contract for Collection of Delinquent Court Fines and Fees Assessed by the Justice Court of the Peace Court Precinct 3 of Williamson County, Texas between McCreary, Veselka, Bragg and Allen, P.C. and Williamson County with the termination being effective as of August 31, 2016.

Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a Contract for Fines and Fees Collection Services between Linebarger Goggan Blair & Sampson, LLP and Williamson County and Order for collection of delinquent court fees and fines for Williamson County Justice of the Peace Precinct 3 effective September 1, 2016, as authorized by ART. 103.0031, Texas Code of Criminal Procedure.
