CONSENT AGENDA The Consent Agenda includes non-controversial and routine items that the Court may act on with one single vote. Discuss and take action to approve transferring $61,939 of expenses for the Cedar Park Tower Project from the 2014 Cash Ending Reduction Program to the 2006 Certificates of Obligation and assign $55,000 of the 2015 Cash Ending Reduction Program funds to Public Safety Technology-Secure Messaging Project.
Discuss and take appropriate action regarding use of unallocated or available funds in the 2015 Certificates of Obligation and 2013-2015 Cash Ending Reduction Programs.
Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding an Interlocal Agreement with Upper Brushy Creek Water Control and Improvement District (District) for improvements to a portion of Brushy Creek Regional Trail.
Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approval of Interlocal Contract for Next Generation 9-1-1 Database Program with the Capital Area Emergency Communications District for the 2016 fiscal year.
Discuss, review, and take appropriate action on the Interlocal Contract for Public Safety Answering Point maintenance, equipment and training between Williamson County and the Capital Area Emergency Communications District.
Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on an agreement between Williamson County and Emergency Services District #7 for establishing EMS ambulance and personnel housing at the Williamson County Emergency Services District #7 Florence Station 301 S. Patterson Ave., Florence, TX 78657.
