The Commissioner’s Court of Williamson County, Texas will meet in regular session in the Commissioner's Courtroom, 710 Main Street, in Georgetown, Texas to consider the following items:

Citizen comments. Except when public hearings are scheduled for later in the meeting, this will be the only opportunity for citizen input. The Court invites comments on any matter affecting the county, whether on the Agenda or not. Speakers should limit their comments to three minutes. Note that the members of the Court may not comment at the meeting about matters that are not on the agenda.
CONSENT AGENDA The Consent Agenda includes non-controversial and routine items that the Court may act on with one single vote. The Judge or a Commissioner may pull any item from the consent agenda in order that the court discuss and act upon it individually as part of the Regular Agenda. ( Items 5 – 9 )
Hear presentation from Dan Wegmiller of Specialized Public Finance, financial advisor, regarding the results of the Limited Tax Refunding Bonds Series 2015A, Rating Agency results and any other items regarding the Counties Debt and Bond activities.
Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on the Department of Infrastructure projects and issues update.
13. Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding a TCEQ Agent Authorization Form for the Edwards Aquifer Protection Program associated with CR 258 Phase 2, a Road Bond Project in Commissioner Pct. 2.
Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on permanent wastewater and water, structure, and subterranean easements, and for a temporary construction easement for the purpose of construction and rehabilitation of Dam 7.
Discuss, consider and take any appropriate action regarding renewal of contract with the Texas Workforce Commission to support operations of the Williamson County Constable's Office, Pct. 3.
20. Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a Temporary Employment Agreement for Criminal Investigator between Williamson County, Texas and Tim Steglich in order to assist with reviewing and identifying cases that may have been impacted by certain discrepancies in the FBI database that was published between 1999 and 2001 and by DNA mixture interpretation protocols between 1999 and 2015.
22. Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on authorizing the County Judge to execute the Aetna Renewal for the Administrative Services Contract effective November 1, 2015 through December 31, 2016, between Aetna Life Insurance Company and the Seton Health Agreement as the Insurance Administrator for Williamson County.
Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on the implementation of a County-wide Burn Ban not to exceed 90 days and to authorize the County Judge to lift said ban if conditions improve minimizing the risk of an uncontrolled fire.
28. Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on the approval and acceptance of FY15 Homeland Security Grant funds in the amount of $73,500. The project is for the purchase of a HazMat Trailer Prime Mover (heavy duty pickup with gooseneck towing capabilities of approximately 30,000 pounds) and Mobile Radio with both 800 MHz and VHF capabilities.
33. Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on authorizing Purchasing Agent to advertise and receive bids for IH-35 Northbound Driveway, Bid #1510-019.
24. Discuss the use of unallocated or available funds in the 2015 Certificates of Obligation and 2013-2015 Cash Ending Reduction Programs.
