Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on exempting Tyler Techologies from the competitive bidding or proposal requirements established by Section 262.024 (a) (7) of the Texas Local Government Code, as the sole source provider of Software maintenance and support for Tyler Technologies Odyssey Judicial and Jail software.
